Frequently Asked Questions
What is the cancellation policy?
Your session time is reserved specifically for you. When a session is cancelled late or missed, it is time that cannot be offered to another client who may be waiting for an appointment.
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring a fee.
What is the difference between counselling & psychotherapy?
While counselling often addresses current circumstances, psychoanalytic work explores the deeper roots of our experiences. Rather than choosing one path, we will work along a spectrum that connects the two. This allows us the flexibility to provide practical support for the here and now while also creating space for deeper insight whenever you feel ready to explore further.
Do you offer online psychotherapy?
Yes. I provide secure online psychotherapy sessions for adults throughout Ireland.
How long are sessions?
Sessions last between 45-60 minutes and usually take place weekly.
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
If you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or noticing patterns that continue to repeat despite your efforts to change, psychotherapy can help you better understand these experiences.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes I accept insurance.
Where are you based?
I offer face-to-face psychotherapy in Dublin and online sessions for clients throughout Ireland and globally
